If you have been in The Cafe recently you have seen our new hydroponic growing system, which has recently been planted. We are now growing lettuce and herbs. This growing system is just the beginning of an extensive program of community gardening and food preservation. Our goal is to provide fresh locally grown produce year round for our customers.
