Established in 1998, the Namaste Comfort Fund is an independent, charitable organization that follows Mother Teresa’s instructions to do “small things with great love”.  The Fund exists to improve quality of life for people who are faced with serious, life-limiting or terminal illness and who lack the resources to achieve the dignity and comfort they desire.  Sometimes we help by connecting people with community programs that assist with medical, legal, financial and residential needs.  Other times we provide resources directly.  In every case, Namaste Comfort Fund’s commitment is to honor the wishes, hopes and dreams of each individual.  Like Namaste Hospice, the Namaste Comfort Fund has a bias toward “yes” – meaning we will do what we can to enhance lives and provide people with the resources they need to make the choices they want to make.
